It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but it’s a quiet enough place to work. Ravi Bhavan is more of a house than a typical office block. We are tucked away in a residential neighborhood. This means we don’t have the constant noise of the main road, which is 695040. It’s a very local atmosphere. We know the people who live on the street. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect to find a big advertising firm. We like it that way. It keeps us grounded. We don’t have a shiny glass entrance. We have a regular door and some plants outside. Inside, it’s just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time working on designs and talking through ideas. We don’t have a big corporate culture. We just have a small group of people who get along. Sometimes we work late and the street gets really quiet. We don't have a company car or any of those perks. We just use our own bikes and cars to get here. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. Line & Dot is just a part of the Kaimanam community, and we are happy with that. We usually bring our own lunch from home to eat together.
