Life Time Health

Life Time Health is situated at No. 39/5771 in the Prambolth Building. We are on Parambthithara Road, which falls under the Pampali Nagar Post area. It is a quiet enough part of town, though the road can get a bit muddy when the monsoon hits. The Prambolth Building is a plain structure where several small businesses like ours operate. We have been here for a bit, focusing on health-related products and items. It’s not a big hospital or a fancy clinic. It is more of an office where we manage things. The space inside is simple, with just the basic furniture we need. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we don't do much advertising. Most of the people who know about Life Time Health are locals or people who were referred by someone else. We spend our days tracking orders and talking to people about what they need. The heat in this area can be quite a lot, so we have a couple of old fans that stay on all day. It’s a small team here, just three or four of us. We all do a bit of everything, from cleaning the office to handling the paperwork. It is a very hands-on way to run things. We are just regular people trying to help out in our local community. We don't use big words or make grand promises, we just show up and do the work.
