Leadias Private Limited

Leadias Private Limited is based in S L Plaza, right in the Palarivattom area. We are way up on the 9th floor at 40/3246 C. It is a busy building in a very busy part of Cochin. Being in Palarivattom means there is always something going on outside on the streets. The traffic can be quite a lot, but once you get up to the 9th floor, it is a bit quieter for us. We have a simple office setup. It is mostly just desks and computers and people working on their tasks. We do not have any of those fancy modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We just come in to do our work. We are a private limited company, but we do not really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing very strictly. We are just a team of people. The address in Ernakulam is easy to find because S L Plaza is a pretty tall building that stands out. We have been here for some time now. We do not spend much money on big ads or marketing. We just focus on what is in front of us each day. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of projects going on at the same time. But we just take it one step at a time. It is a decent place to spend our working hours. Kerala is our home, and we like being part of the business scene here. That is us, just Leadias in Palarivattom.
