We've been operating out of the Metro Palace Building for quite some time now. You'll find us right across from the North Railway Station here in Ernakulam. It's a busy spot, but it makes it easy for folks to drop by when they're coming or going from the trains. We started this because we liked travel, plain and simple. It isn't always easy keeping up with all the changes in the industry, but we manage. Most days it’s just us handling the phones and trying to get things organized for people who want to take a break. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. Just a small office on North Railway Station Road. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but the location works for us. We handle a bit of everything, from local trips to things further away. It’s mostly about making sure the dates line up and the tickets are sorted. People around here know where we are. We've seen the area change a lot over the years. We stay busy enough. If someone walks in, we usually just sit down and chat about where they're thinking of going. It’s not a big corporate setup. Just a few of us trying to make the work happen. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who comes through the door. Usually, it's just about getting the paperwork right and making sure nobody misses their connections. It's a living, and it's what we know.
