L & T, Ecc

You can find us at Shabari Lig 327 in Gandhinagar. This is in the Kadavanthara area of Cochin. L & T, Ecc has been here for a while. It’s a residential-style building, which makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed. We aren't in one of those high-rise towers you see in the newer parts of the city. We like being in Kadavanthara because it’s central but still feels like a neighborhood. Our office is basically a few rooms where we stay on top of our daily tasks. We have a lot of files and some computers, but that’s about it. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The fan runs all day to keep the humidity away. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be done. There’s no corporate dress code here. We just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. It’s a plain, honest workspace. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear the traffic from the main road. We’ve grown used to it. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number 327. If you are coming from the post office, it’s not a long walk. We’ve been at this address for several years and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is what it is.
