Kuttipuzhakkaran Hardware

The shop is right here in Meloor, not far from the Sri Ayyappa Temple. It’s been at this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us helping people find what they need for their homes. We keep a lot of different things like hammers, nails, and some plumbing parts too. If you are coming from Angamaly, you will see us near the map area. The road gets a bit dusty in the summer, but that is how it is. Sometimes people come in just to ask where the temple is, and we show them the way. We try to keep enough stock so people don’t have to travel too far to the bigger towns. The shelves are a bit crowded because we have so many small bits and pieces like washers and screws. It takes time to organize everything, but we know where most things are kept. We start early in the morning when it is still cool. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late and we have to wait around. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything. It’s just a regular hardware store where we talk to the neighbors and help with whatever project they are doing. Life moves at its own pace here in Ezhattumugham. We just keep the doors open and do our work every day. If we don’t have something, we usually tell people where else they might find it. It's a simple life running a hardware shop near a temple.
