We are situated right on the NH-47 Bypass Road. It’s a busy spot with cars and bikes zooming past all the time, so it's never quiet. We handle Suzuki vehicles here, mostly the two-wheelers. Most of the day is spent looking at engines or talking to people about how their bikes are running. The showroom floor is where we keep the new models, and the workshop is tucked in the back. It gets pretty loud back there with the power tools and the sound of engines revving. We have a small team of mechanics and a few people sitting in the front office. We aren't big on formalities here. If you walk in, someone will probably have some grease on their hands but they’ll stop and talk to you. We’ve been on this bypass for a good number of years. The sun hits the front glass pretty hard in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside. We drink a lot of cold water from the dispenser in the corner. Customers come in mostly for their regular servicing or to look at a new scooter for their commute. We just try to get the bikes back on the road as fast as we can. There’s always a row of motorcycles parked outside waiting for their owners to pick them up. It’s a straightforward business. No big speeches or anything, just fixing and selling Suzukis. We stay open until the evening rush dies down a bit. If you're driving along the highway, you can't miss the sign. It’s just how we make a living.
