R & D Health Care

R & D Health Care is located over at Tc- 13/102 on Kalakaumudi Road. We are right in the Kumarapuram area, which is very close to the Medical College in Thiruvanthapuram. It is a busy part of the city because of all the hospitals and clinics nearby. We have been set up in this spot for several years now. Our daily routine is pretty basic. We arrive, check what orders came in overnight, and spend the rest of the day sorting out health care supplies. It is a lot of manual work, moving crates and checking labels. Because we are so close to the Medical College, we see a lot of students and doctors passing by every day. The office is not anything special to look at. It is just a workspace filled with shelves and desks. We do not have any polished sales pitches or glossy brochures. We just talk to people plainly about what we have in stock and what we can get for them. Thiruvanthapuram can get very congested, so we try to get our deliveries out early before Kalakaumudi Road gets too packed with cars. It is just a few of us running the show here. We do not have a human resources department or a big management team. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it is fixed. We have always preferred doing business this way, face-to-face and without complications.
