Our business is located in Chittoor, Ernakulam, at 7/376 - B, Panaparambil House on Pulayas Road. It is a residential area, so it is quite different from being in a big shopping mall. We work with gemstones, which is a bit different from the usual gold shops you see everywhere. The house itself is where we do most of our work. It is a practical arrangement that works for us. We spend a lot of time sorting through different stones and checking their colors and shapes. Dealing with gemstones requires some patience because every piece is different. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have a workspace where we can look at the stones properly. People usually come to us because they are looking for something specific for a ring or a pendant. We sit down with them and show them what we have available. It is a very direct and simple way of doing business. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and peek in. Ernakulam is a busy district, but our corner in Chittoor stays relatively calm. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just like working with stones and helping people find what they need. It is a quiet life and the work is consistent, which is all we really ask for at the end of the day.
