You can find Tecpro Infra Projects Ltd on the 3rd floor of the Kurickal Arcade in Edapally. Being in Edapally means dealing with a lot of traffic, especially with the mall nearby, but it’s a good spot for us because everyone knows where it is. The walk up to the third floor is part of our daily routine. Our office isn’t huge, but it has enough room for our small team to work on infrastructure plans and keep track of our ongoing projects. It gets quite bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers at different sites. Most of the people who come by are either contractors or people we’ve worked with for years. We don’t really have a front desk person or anything like that. If the door is open, you just walk in and see whoever is available. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like permits and technical drawings that people don't usually see. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at blueprints, mixed with driving out to see how things are progressing on the ground. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just rely on finishing one job and moving on to the next one. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but it’s a quiet place to get work done amidst all the noise of Edapally down below.
