Kinattukarayil Ventures Private Limited is located over on Pazhampilly Thomas Road. It is a relatively quiet area in Vaduthala if you know the spot. Our address is 74/1686, though some people still use the old number 46/75 F1 if they have lived around here for a long time. It is right here in the heart of Cochin, Ernakulam. We are just a local venture doing what we can every day. It is not a huge fancy skyscraper or a big glass building. It is just a standard place where we handle our business routines. We like being in Vaduthala because it feels more like a real neighborhood than a cold business district. You see the same faces every morning when you walk in from the street. The road can get a bit cramped sometimes when the bigger trucks pass by, but that is just how it is around this part of town. We have been here for a good while and we know the street pretty well now. There is not much to brag about here, we just do our work and go home to our families. People mostly know us by the name Kinattukarayil. It is a bit of a mouthful to say but it is our name. We do not have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the ventures we have going on. It is a practical life for us in Cochin.
