It is a pretty good spot because it is tucked away but still close to the Kochi Police Quarters, which is a landmark everyone knows. We started this because we had the extra space and figured people visiting Kochi would want somewhere that feels more like a house than a big cold hotel. The building itself is just a regular Kochi home. We keep things clean and simple. You won't find any fancy lobbies or uniformed staff here. It is usually just us making sure the rooms are ready and the guests have what they need. The neighborhood is okay, a bit busy sometimes with the traffic on the main road, but once you get inside it is alright. We have lived in this area for a long time, so we can tell you where to get a good meal or which bus to take if you are heading out. It is not a complicated business. We provide a bed, a roof, and a bit of a quiet atmosphere for whoever is passing through. Most people who stay with us are just looking for a decent place to sleep without spending a fortune. We try to be helpful without being in the way. That is pretty much how we run things every day at the homestay. We are just a family running a place for travelers.
