Karshika Mithra Llp is based in Nadavayal Village. Specifically, we are at 403/A in Ward No: 15, Tharayil, Veliyambam. It’s right in the heart of the farming community here. We are a small partnership and we’ve been working out of this spot for a bit. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a desk where we meet people. Being in a village like Nadavayal means everyone knows everyone else. We don't need a big marketing budget because people just walk in when they have a question about their crops. We help out with whatever we can. Sometimes it's about seeds, other times it's about tools. We aren't experts in everything, but we’ve been around long enough to know what works in this soil. The building isn't much to look at, and the road gets muddy when it rains, but we like it here. It’s quiet and we can actually hear the birds instead of traffic. We mostly speak the local language and keep things informal. There’s no dress code here; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable for a day in the field. We take pride in being part of the local scene. It’s not about making a huge profit for us; it’s more about making sure our neighbors are doing okay with their farms and getting through the season without too many headaches or lost crops along the way.
