Delta Rubber Exports Imports Ltd is tucked away in the Kunnel Building. It’s a solid structure, nothing too modern, but it serves us well for what we need. We spend our hours dealing with various shipments and a lot of paperwork, mostly focusing on the import and export side of things. It can be a lot of back and forth, but that’s just the nature of the work we do. The building itself has a bit of character. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. We like it that way. It feels more real and lived-in. Inside, it’s just us and the usual office equipment. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or worrying about the decor. Most of our day is spent communicating with people in other places. Being based in Kunnel Building gives us a stable home. The staff here are pretty quiet, just getting on with their roles and staying busy. We have a routine that hasn’t changed much over the years. You won't find any glossy brochures in our lobby. We don't really have a lobby to begin with. It’s just a workspace where things happen. Sometimes the weather makes the commute a bit of a pain, but we’re always here. We aren’t trying to impress anybody with a big name or a huge sign. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs in a building we’ve known for a long time.
