KANAYANNUR GRAMIN NIDHI LIMITED

Our small office is located at 23/777-B in the Thiruvankulam area of Thripunithura. It is a quiet enough spot, which is nice for when we have to concentrate on the numbers and the ledgers. We aren't a big bank with marble floors and fancy carpets. We are just a local Nidhi company. Most of our day is spent talking to people from the surrounding blocks who want to save a little bit of money every month for their kids or their homes. We don't have fancy uniforms or a lobby with a water fountain. It's just a plain room with some files and wooden desks. We just keep things straightforward. If someone has a question about their account, they just come in and we look it up right then and there. There's no calling a help center or waiting on hold for an hour. We are right here in the neighborhood. We've been part of this community for a while now, and we plan to stay. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, but we have the fans going to keep us moving. It’s a very human way of doing things. We know the struggles people face, and we try to make the financial side of life a little less stressful. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we might misplace a pen or a stapler, but we always make sure the accounts are correct. That’s what matters to us and the people who visit.
