You can find us at the Mini Shopping Complex in Kakkanad, right across from the Cooperative Hospital. It’s a handy spot because there is always something going on nearby. We spend our days fixing mobile phones that have been dropped or stopped working for some reason. The shop is small and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once. We have shelves full of chargers, cables, and some basic phone cases. It’s not one of those shiny showrooms you see in the big malls. We are just a local shop where we know most of our customers by their first names. Sometimes we have to tell people that their phone is beyond saving, which is never a fun conversation. We also sell some second-hand phones that we’ve checked out ourselves. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The air conditioning in here struggles sometimes when the sun hits the front of the complex, but we manage. We aren’t experts in everything, but we know our way around a motherboard. Most people just want their screen fixed so they can get back to their day. We don't use any big words or complicated explanations. We just take the phone, tell you when it’ll be ready, and get to work. It’s a steady life here in Kakkanad. We like being part of the neighborhood and helping out when someone’s tech goes wrong.
