Kadha Foundation

Kadha Foundation is located at Top Crystal Apartment, in unit 2B. We are right near Kannan Swami Catering, which is a big help when you're trying to give people directions. Being in an apartment building like Top Crystal means things are a bit more private than a street-front office. We are under the care of Binoj T R here. The apartment itself has been set up for our daily work. It feels a bit more like a home than a sterile office, which is nice in some ways. You can usually smell whatever the catering place is cooking nearby, which often makes us hungry way before lunchtime. The building has its own rhythm with residents coming and going at different hours. We try not to be too loud or bother the neighbors. It’s just a few of us inside most days, working away at our respective tasks. We don't have a big sign outside, just the door number on the landing. Inside, we have our computers and some shelving for all the documents we have to keep track of. The balcony gives us a bit of a view, and it’s a good spot to stand for a minute when we need a break from the screens. It’s a very simple way of working. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just use the little kitchen in the back to make our own tea and keep things moving.
