Cotton Craft Online Store is based out of the first floor of Navkar Plaza in Kochi. The address is No. 37/91 A1 and it is where we handle all the packing and shipping. Kochi is a damp place sometimes so we have to be careful about how we store everything. The building isn't brand new but it suits us just fine for what we need to do every day. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and sorting through different fabrics. It gets a little crowded in the office when a new shipment arrives because there are boxes everywhere. We don't have a big fancy showroom for people to visit since most of our stuff happens on the internet. My cousin helps out with the inventory and we usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It is mostly just us packing up orders and making sure the labels are right. Some days are slower than others but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on. Moving to Navkar Plaza was a big step for us a few years back. The stairs can be a bit of a workout when the elevator is being temperamental but we don't mind much. We just keep our heads down and try to get everything shipped out before the courier arrives in the afternoon. It is honest work and we like being part of the local scene here in Kochi.
