K Bakes Llp

We are located on Aattuvarab Road, right near the Vallakadave post office. It is a busy little street and we have been here at Tc 36/1961/14 for quite a while now. K Bakes Llp is mostly just a few of us working in the back room where the ovens are kept. The heat is pretty constant, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the back door open even if it lets in a few flies. We spend most of our mornings mixing dough and waiting for things to bake. Sometimes the oven temperature is a bit finicky and we have to keep a close eye on it so nothing gets too dark. The floor is usually covered in a thin layer of flour by noon, no matter how much we sweep. We have a small counter in the front where people come in. It is nothing fancy, just a wooden top that has seen better days. We don't have a big sign, just the name on the glass. The delivery truck usually pulls up around ten and blocks the road for a bit. The neighbors don't seem to mind too much though. We know most of them by name. It is a simple way to spend the day. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news while we work. The work is hard on the back but we are used to it. We just keep the trays moving and hope for a good day.
