We’re located at Nedumchalil, which is in the Mudavoor Post area along M C Road. It’s right there in Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam - 686661. If you’re looking for us, we are quite close to the State Bank of India. Being on the M C Road means we see a lot of traffic passing by throughout the day. Jvn Propreties is a small operation. We don’t have a giant office with shiny floors. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and handle our business. The walls are lined with maps and files, and there’s usually a stack of paperwork on someone’s desk that needs attention. Muvattupuzha is a nice town to work in, even if it gets a bit sleepy sometimes compared to the bigger cities. We like the pace here. Most of our day is spent making calls or looking over property details. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this location for some time, and the locals know us. It’s easy to find since the bank is such a well-known landmark. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We are just a local business on M C Road, doing our best to keep things moving. It’s a simple office for a simple team, and that’s how we like it.
