JOFF Architects

Our office, JOFF Architects, is located right in the middle of things at Marine Drive in Ernakulam. We are on the first floor of the GCDA Shopping Complex, specifically in unit A-4. If you have ever walked along the Marine Drive walkway, you have probably passed right by our building without thinking much about it. It’s a busy spot with lots of tourists and locals walking around near the water. Being in Ernakulam means things are always moving fast, and our office is kind of the same way. We have been here for a bit now, and the office is usually filled with rolls of paper, pens, and coffee mugs. It isn’t the neatest place in the world, but that is how we work. We spend our days looking at plans and trying to figure out how to make buildings work for people. Sometimes we take a break and walk out to see the water for a few minutes when the sun is going down. The shopping complex itself is an older building, so it has that specific feel to it. We know the other shop owners around us and usually chat with the security guys in the morning. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just draw plans and talk to clients who need stuff built or fixed up. It is a simple life here on the first floor, just doing architectural work and keeping things moving along as best as we can.
