Our office is located in the Padamugal area of Kakkanad. We are pretty close to Bharatha Matha College, which is a big landmark around here. It’s a decent spot to work from because the neighborhood isn't as loud as the city center, though it still has its moments. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors. Designing homes isn't just about drawing pretty pictures. There are a lot of small details that go into it, and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan. We have to deal with delays or materials not showing up on time, just like anyone else in this business. Our team isn't very big. We sit around a few desks and try to figure out how to make spaces work better for families. We don't have a big glass front or a fancy lobby area. People usually just drop by to discuss their building projects. It gets a bit hectic when we have multiple sites going at once. We’ve been in Kakkanad for some time now and know the local rules and the way things are built around here. It's practical work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late to finish a drawing. We just enjoy the process of seeing something go from a sketch to a real house. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that is the job.
