You can find us on Vylopilly Road in Thammanam. We've been operating J5 Impex from this location for some time. It's a bit of a mix of an office and a storage area. We handle imports and exports, so there's always paperwork and shipments to track. Thammanam is a good spot for us. It’s not too far from where things need to go. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy suits. Most of the time we’re in casual clothes, making sure the goods are moving. We deal with various items depending on what's needed. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes things get delayed at the docks or with transport, which can be frustrating. We just deal with it as it comes. We have a small team here who knows the ropes. We don’t really do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years. It’s about building those connections. Our office on Vylopilly Road is pretty plain. We spend more time on the computers and the phone than on making the place look pretty. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. It’s a steady pace most weeks. We’ve learned a lot about the business by just doing it every day. It's mostly about keeping track of all the small details so nothing gets lost in transit.
