Our office is located at 62/1814 Ajay Vihar, right on MG Road, so the traffic is always a part of our day. At Intergrow Brands Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of food products and spices, and sometimes the smell of pepper or ginger follows you home. It’s a busy place with people constantly on the phone or typing away at their desks. We handle all the logistics and the branding stuff that goes into getting products onto store shelves. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with shipments or things don't go as planned. We just deal with it and move on to the next task. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and talk about things other than work for ten minutes. The building isn't the newest, but it's where we’ve set up our home base. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy lobby furniture. We just focus on the products and making sure the orders are processed correctly. Being on MG Road means we’re right in the middle of everything, which is convenient but noisy. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a close group. It’s just how we operate. We lock up in the evening and head out into the busy street like everyone else.
