We are the Indian Institute Of Accounting & Finance. Our office is located in Manath Towers. That’s over in South Kalamasseri. It’s a decent area and easy enough to find if you’re familiar with Kalamasseri. We have been working out of this building for a while. It’s where we handle all the accounting and finance stuff. The rooms are filled with calculators, ledgers, and a few computers. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, but we do a lot of work here. Most of the time it’s just the sound of typing and people talking over numbers. We get a mix of people coming in. Some are just starting out and others have been around for years. Manath Towers is a sturdy building. We’re on one of the floors there, and we’ve got a view of the street below. South Kalamasseri is a busy part of town, which is good for us. We don't really go for big flashy signs. We just have our name on the door and the directory. It’s a practical space for people who care about figures and finance. We try to keep the files in order, though it’s a lot to manage sometimes. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see the tower easily. We are usually here through the week. It’s just a regular office where we focus on the books and help people understand the financial side of things. We always keep some extra pens around for visitors.
