Ikigai Hr Consultants Private Limited is located at 40/3136A, on the first floor of Kunnath in Palarivattom. Being in Palarivattom means we are right in the middle of everything. The noise from the main junction reaches us even on the first floor. It’s a busy area and finding a place to park is always a headache for anyone who visits. The building we are in is one of those older structures that has a lot of character, or at least that’s what we tell ourselves. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep. Inside, we have a few partitions to give everyone a bit of privacy. We spend most of our hours on the phone or typing away. It gets quite busy during the week, and the office can feel a bit small when the whole team is here. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a pile of old newspapers that nobody ever throws away. The walls are painted a plain white that’s started to fade a bit. We don't have any fancy art or decorations up. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other. It’s a real, working office without any of the extra polish you see in the big city corporate centers.
