Hysiac Pharmaceuticals is based out of the Marakkamthodi House in Thrikkadeeri, Palakkad. It’s more of a home-based business setup than a big corporate office. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and keeps the overhead costs low. Palakkad can get really hot during the summer months, but being in Thrikkadeeri is nice because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We handle various pharmaceutical products from here. Most of our work involves managing the logistics and making sure our supplies reach the local pharmacies and clinics. Since we are in a house, it doesn't feel like a cold, empty office space. It feels like a place where real work happens every day. We have a few rooms dedicated to storage and a small area for all the paperwork and computers. There’s always someone around to answer the phone if a customer calls. We don't have any flashy signs or big marketing campaigns running. We mostly rely on word of mouth and the relationships we’ve built over the years in the Palakkad area. It’s a very local way of doing things, honestly. Some days are just spent counting stock and making sure the invoices match up with what is on the shelves. It’s nothing fancy, just honest work that needs doing. We are happy staying small and focusing on our immediate area. It’s a good life here in Thrikkadeeri.
