We are tucked away in the South Square Building over in Panampilly Nagar. It’s a nice area of Ernakulam, a bit different from the crowded parts of the main city. We’re at No. B-2. If you are familiar with Shanmugham Road, it’s not too far a drive from there. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks and some files stacked up in the corner. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Usually, it’s just us in our regular clothes, drinking tea and looking at different holiday packages on the screen. It gets busy during the vacation months when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a little chaotic with all the phone calls. We’ve spent a lot of time learning the ropes of this business. It’s mostly about knowing which roads are good and which hotels actually look like their pictures. We don’t promise anything impossible. We just try to find a decent way for people to get from point A to point B. Sometimes people come in with very specific ideas, and other times they have no clue. We just sit down and talk it through. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to running out to grab lunch for the group. We’ve been here a while and we plan on staying.
