We are based out of Kannanthodi House, which is in the Ponniyakurssi area of Perinthalmanna. This place is more of a home-turned-office than a traditional corporate building. It belongs to the family, so it has that lived-in feel that you don’t get in the city centers. Perinthalmanna is a nice place to work from because it’s not as chaotic as the bigger hubs, though it has its busy moments too. The P.O. for our mail is Ponniyakurssi, and most of the locals know the Kannanthodi name, which helps when people are looking for us. We don't have a big neon sign outside or a glass front. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our rooms for business. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few cupboards for our records, and the usual office stuff. We like it this way because it’s quiet enough to actually focus on what we are doing. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. Usually, we just talk across the room to get things sorted. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps our overheads low too. Working from a house means there is always a bit of a personal touch to the day-to-day routine, and we wouldn't want it any other way. We just focus on the tasks at hand and making sure the paperwork is done correctly for our clients.
