It’s a practical system that has worked for years. We aren't some corporate giant with thousands of employees; we are just a small group working out of this office. People come in to pay their monthly installments or to see how the latest auction went. The Palarivattom P.O. is close by, so the location is handy for anyone living on this side of Kochi. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep the records and meet with the subscribers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in the books. It can be a bit loud outside with the cars, but inside we just focus on getting the work done.
