Greentech Builders (corporate Office)

Greentech Builders has its corporate office at No.34/44 on Padivatton Pipeline Road in Palarivattom. We are quite close to the NH Bye Pass Junction, which is handy for getting around Ernakulam quickly. The Pipeline Road area is a bit more tucked away than the main highway, but it still gets plenty of traffic. Our office is where all the administrative stuff happens for our building projects. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for the team to sit and manage the accounts and the project schedules. We have a lot of files and maps of different sites we are working on. Being near the bypass means we can easily head out to our different construction locations across the city. We’ve been in Palarivattom for some time now. It’s a good spot because everything you need is nearby. We aren't the type of company that uses a lot of big words or fancy presentations. We just sit down with people and show them what we are doing. Most of the time, we are busy making sure our builders have what they need and that the timelines are being met. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to suppliers. We just try to keep things organized so the building work goes as smoothly as it can. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do a good job. We just keep our heads down and work.
