Our office is in the Kunukussery Building on Kizhavana Road. We are pretty close to the Atlantis Railway Cross, so we hear the trains go by sometimes. It’s in Panampilly Nagar, which is a place we’ve grown very fond of over the years. We’ve been operating as Green Channel for a long time. It’s not just about selling tickets; it’s about understanding the mess that travel can sometimes be. We have a small team here. We aren't some big call center. When you call us, you’re usually talking to the same person who will handle your booking from start to finish. We do a lot of air travel stuff, which means a lot of checking flight schedules and price changes. It can be a bit tedious, but we’re used to it. We try to be as straightforward as possible about what things cost and how long they take. No hidden stuff. We just want to get the job done right. The office is a simple place where we work through the day's tasks. We’ve had many people return to us over the years because they know where to find us. We aren't going anywhere. We like being part of the Ernakulam 682036 community. It’s a decent living and we get to talk to all sorts of people every day about their plans and where they want to go next. It keeps the job interesting for us even after all this time working here.
