Our office is situated at TR84/1218A on the first floor in Jawahar Nagar, Kadavanthra. It is a nice part of the city to work in because it feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. The office itself is quite simple and looks like it might have been a flat at some point. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and there are always stacks of paper and books around. Being management consultants means we do a lot of reading and talking, so we need a place that is relatively quiet. We are not into the whole big-city corporate vibe with glass walls and expensive rugs. The name on the door is Granthik Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd.., but we just think of ourselves as a small team in Kadavanthra. Our space has a lived-in feel, and we like it that way. There is a small area where we can make some tea or coffee, and we often end up standing around there talking about our projects. Kadavanthra is very central, so it is easy for us to get to meetings or for people to find us. We have been in this spot for a good while now, and we know the other people working in the building pretty well. We do not have a formal way of doing things; we just sit down and get the work done as it comes in.
