Grandeland Realtors Private Limited operates out of B3 Vb Court on Lfc Road in Kaloor. It’s a pretty standard office space, nothing too flashy or over the top. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the desks here, dealing with phone calls and looking over different property papers. The traffic outside on Lfc Road is almost always heavy, so there is a constant hum of cars and bikes going past the window. Sometimes it gets a bit distracting, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea because we drink a lot of it during the day. The office layout is a bit cramped because we have so many files and folders piled up. We tried organizing them last month but it didn't really stick for long. People from the Kaloor area drop in now and then to ask about local plots or just to see what’s available. It’s a decent enough place to work from. We’ve got some old chairs for visitors that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We don’t really go for the whole corporate look with polished floors and glass walls. It’s just a regular spot in B3 Vb Court where we handle the daily grind. We like it here because it is central and easy for people to find us when they need to talk about real estate.
