Forever Designers & Builders Pvt Ltd

We are Forever Designers & Builders Pvt Ltd, based in the Edapputhusseril Building on MC Road. Our office is right there in Koothattukulam, just across from Marygiri Public School. It is a familiar spot for most locals in this part of Ernakulam. We spend our days designing houses and managing building projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people. Being on MC Road means there is always traffic going past, but it’s a good location for us. We started this because we liked building things, and we’ve stuck with it ever since. Most of our work comes from families nearby who want to fix up their homes or build new ones. We don’t have a big corporate office in the city; we prefer being here. Sometimes the school across the road gets loud when the bell rings, but we like the energy of the area. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other well. There are always rolls of drawings on the desks and empty coffee cups. We don’t bother with fancy presentations. We just show people what we can do and talk about the costs and the time it takes. It’s a practical business. We’ve been in this building for quite a while and have no plans to move. It suits us just fine and we know the local area well.
