Flover Furnishings Marketing Private Limited is located in the Erinjery Building over in Nettoor. If you know Ernakulam, you know Nettoor is right along the busy highway. It’s a loud spot with lots of trucks and cars passing by at all hours. Our place is where we keep all the stock and handle the marketing side of the business. It has a bit of a warehouse feel in many parts, with rolls of fabric and various furnishing items stacked up high. It’s certainly not a glitzy showroom for people to walk through. We use the space for what we actually need, which is mostly storing products and getting orders ready for delivery. The building itself is just a regular local structure, nothing fancy. We have a small office area tucked away where we take care of the bills and talk to our suppliers. It can get pretty humid here, especially being so close to the backwaters, so we try to keep the windows open. Most of us who work here live around Kochi or in the nearby suburbs. We’re a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping to move some heavy rolls of material. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just us trying to keep things running. Some days are slow and others are completely packed. That’s just the way it is.
