Convent Junction is always buzzing with activity and people moving around. We are right there in the thick of it. The office itself is inside an older house that has been converted, which gives it a bit more character than a standard office building. We really like the feel of it. It is not all glass and steel like the newer places. We do digital work, so we are usually glued to our computers for most of the day. Kerala’s rain can be quite loud on the roof here during the monsoon, but we are all used to it by now. We do not have any big corporate manifestos or mission statements hanging up. We just show up, do the work for Flat Digital, and go about our lives. It is a small, private limited company, and we try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. We prefer just being ourselves. Being near the junction means it is easy for people to find us. We have been here a while now and it feels like our home away from home.
