Fire Break Solutions is over on Karuvally Road, right across from the Arafa Apartments. We are based in a building called Marakkar Manzil. It’s a decent part of Ernakulam to be in. We work on stuff related to safety and fire solutions, which is a big responsibility. It is serious work, but we try to keep a relaxed atmosphere inside the office so we don't get too stressed. We aren't a big multi-national company; we are just a local outfit trying to make the buildings around here a bit safer. Most of our days are spent checking equipment or talking to people about their specific setups. It’s not the most glamorous job in the world, but it’s definitely necessary. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of the neighbors know us by now. The traffic on Karuvally Road can be a real pain during the rush hour, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a big sales team. People usually find us because they have a specific need and we happen to be nearby. We try to be helpful and give straight answers without using a lot of confusing jargon. Sometimes we are out in the field more than we are in the office. If the door is locked, we are probably just out on a site visit. That is how it goes with this kind of work. We’re just regular people.
