You can find us right on Hospital Road here in Cochin. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic outside our windows. Being near the Head Office area means there are always people moving about. Our clinic is tucked into a building that has seen a lot of history. Inside, things are pretty straightforward. We have the reception desk where the paperwork piles up, and the small waiting area that fills up quickly in the evenings. We try to keep things running on time, but sometimes things get backed up when a lot of people show up at once. It’s just the nature of being in such a central location. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how the routine goes. We see a lot of office workers who stop in during their lunch breaks or right after they finish work. Cochin weather can be unpredictable, so we often have people shaking off wet umbrellas when they step inside. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything; it’s just us doing the daily work. The chairs in the waiting room aren't the newest, but they do the job. We focus on getting through the day and making sure everyone gets a turn to see the doctor without too much fuss. It is a noisy place but we have gotten used to it over the years.
