You can find us at the Ambanattu Building in Karingachira, Kochi. We are in the same spot as Smc Investment Solution, which makes it easier to locate. Essar Construction India Limited has been operating from this Kochi office for a bit now. It is a bit different from our other locations but the work is the same. We focus on getting things put up correctly. Kochi is a busy place and the construction scene here is always moving. We spend our days coordinating with crews and making sure the materials arrive on time. It is not always easy and there are plenty of headaches with weather or shipping. We just deal with it one day at a time. The office is simple and functional. We do not go in for big marketing or anything. We just talk to people and do the work.
