You can find us over on Boat Jetty Road in Vaduthala, which is part of Kochi. Our office is in the Komaramchath House, building number 46/1556-D(2). Kochi is a big hub for trade because of the port, so being here makes a lot of sense for an export-import business like ours. We go by Envoy Exim India. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we sit down and handle the logistics of moving freight. Working near the water means we deal with a lot of humidity, which isn't always fun for the paperwork, but we get by. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like those big firms in the skyscrapers. We are just regular people trying to make sure the cargo gets on the right boat at the right time. Sometimes the schedules change at the last minute and we have to scramble to fix things, which can be quite stressful. But that's the nature of the business in a port city. We've got a good routine going now. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs and shipping agents. It’s mostly about making sure all the little details are correct so nothing gets held up at the docks for too long. There is a small cat that hangs around the boat jetty area and sometimes wanders into the office, which is a nice distraction from the spreadsheets.
