We’ve been here in the Edayar industrial area for quite some time now. Being near the CMRL industrial development area means there’s always something happening around the yard. It’s a busy spot. Most days we are just busy keeping the machines running and making sure the rubber items are getting loaded correctly onto the trucks. It’s hot work, especially in the humid afternoons, but we’ve got a good rhythm going with the crew. Our place isn't fancy at all, it’s just a workspace where we get things done without too much fuss. People in the area know exactly where we are, right near the main development zone. If you come by, you’ll probably see the big lorries coming in and out of the gate. We handle a lot of the everyday stuff people need for their shops or local projects. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the yard a bit messy and muddy, but that’s just how it is in this part of Kerala. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we know each other’s families and stories pretty well. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or polished desks because we’re usually out where the material is being processed. It’s honest work. We make things, we pack them up, and we send them off to where they need to go. There’s not much more to it than that. We just focus on getting the orders ready on time and making sure nobody is waiting too long. It’s a practical setup and we like being part of this industrial community.
