Classy

Classy is situated in the Koonamthai Kalleppuram Arcade. This is located in the Edappally area. It is a good spot for us because there are always a lot of people walking by the window. We have a shop there where we sell various items. It is mostly clothing and a few accessories. The arcade can get quite crowded on the weekends or during holidays. We spend a lot of our time folding clothes and putting them back on the racks after people try them on. The mirrors in the back need cleaning every single morning because of the fingerprints. We have a small counter near the door where we do the billing and wrap things up for the customers. It is just a standard retail space. The lighting is okay, but we try to keep it as bright as possible so people can see the true colors of the fabric. Edappally is a very busy part of the city. The traffic outside is usually a total mess, especially near the big mall. We are used to the constant noise of the horns and the buses. We have a few regular customers who come in every month to see what we have new. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. We just open the doors and wait for people to come in. Sometimes we sit on the stools near the entrance when things are quiet and talk to the other shop owners.
