We are based over in Maradu, right near the BMW showroom. Eclairindia Constructions is a small team and we handle various building projects around Ernakulam. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the cement and steel show up when they are supposed to. It doesn't always go perfectly, but we stay on top of it as much as we can. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet with folks. We’ve seen Maradu grow quite a bit over the years. There are a lot of new buildings going up all the time. We work on residential stuff mostly, though we take on other bits of work too. It’s about being reliable and showing up when you say you will. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We build things. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's pouring rain, but the work has to get finished eventually. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of coordination between different crews and the people paying for the house. We just take it one day at a time and try to do right by the project. It’s hard work but there is something good about seeing a building stand up after months of labor.
