We are located on the ground floor of the Mohammed Haji Building, right on NH 17 in Edapally. If you know where Lulu Mall is in Ernakulam, we are very close to that. It is a very busy area with a lot of traffic and people walking around. Our office, Ebenezer Holiday Pvt Ltd, is where we handle all sorts of travel arrangements. We have been in this part of Kochi for a while and have seen how much it has grown, especially with the mall nearby. Most of the time, we are busy on the computers or talking to people who walk in looking for holiday packages or flight tickets. It’s a regular office with desks and plenty of paper files everywhere. We don't try to be something we're not; we are just a local team helping people plan their trips. Sometimes it gets quite loud because of the highway traffic just outside our door. We deal with everything from local tours to international trips, depending on what people are asking for that day. It is a lot of coordination and checking details to make sure things go okay. We enjoy being in such a central location because it’s easy for people to find us after they finish their shopping or other errands. We are just here doing our job in 682024, day in and day out.
