Doctors Beauty & Healthcare Products is in the Gcda Shopping Complex in Panampally Nagar, Ernakulam. Being in a shopping complex means there is always something going on around us. We are quite close to the Union Bank, so we see a lot of people going back and forth for their banking chores. Our shop is filled with various health and beauty items on the shelves. We spend a lot of our time dusting the bottles and making sure everything is in its right place. It’s not a massive store, but we cram a lot of stuff into the space we have. Panampally Nagar is a pretty trendy area, but our shop is more on the practical side. We get people coming in looking for specific creams or health supplements. Sometimes they know exactly what they want, and other times they just wander in to look around. Ernakulam gets very humid, so we usually have the door closed to keep the cool air in. We aren't part of some big national chain; it’s just a local business in a busy complex. Dealing with suppliers and checking the inventory takes up most of our afternoons. It can be a bit tiring standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team, so we just talk to the people who come in and help them find what they need. It is a simple shop.
