We set up Dezmern Exim Private Limited right here in Chengamanad Panchayath. It’s on the ground floor, Door No.6/263, near the Nedumbassery post office. Being in Ernakulam makes it easier to get things moving. It’s a practical location for an export business. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. We deal with all the daily tasks that come with being a trading company. There are a lot of forms to fill out and people to call on the phone. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is due or a customer has a question. The ground floor is handy because we don't have to climb stairs all day long. We’ve got some desks and some chairs and a lot of files piled up. It gets busy around here because of the airport being so close. You hear the planes taking off sometimes. It’s just the way it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work right and keep things moving. Local life is okay here. We usually grab lunch at the small place down the road. It’s a straightforward life for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the business without making any fancy claims. We’re just regular people working hard.
