Deluxe Homes

Deluxe Homes has been operating out of Kaloor for a while now. We are located on Deshabhimani Road, which is one of those streets that always seems to be busy no matter what time of day it is. Ernakulam is a fast-paced place, and being in Kaloor puts us right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all our home building and renovation planning. We don't have a lot of flashy signs or big marketing displays. It’s mostly just us working at our desks, talking to clients, and trying to keep track of various construction sites. We deal with everything from the initial plans to the final bits of painting. It can be quite a headache sometimes when materials are delayed or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just part of the job. We try to be as straightforward as possible with the people who walk through our door. No one likes surprises when they are building a house. We’ve lived and worked around Ernakulam for a long time, so we know how things go here. Usually, our mornings are spent on the phone and our afternoons are spent out checking on the work. It’s a lot of running around, but it keeps the day interesting. We just focus on building decent homes for people in the local area. It’s hard work, but seeing a finished house makes it worth it for us.
