D Plan

We are based in Veejay Tower on Saleem Rajan Road in Kadavanthara. We are pretty close to Cochin Bakers, which is where we usually go when we need a break or a snack. Our work at D Plan is mostly about the planning and designing of different spaces. It’s a small office and there are only a few of us working here. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we spend even more time out on the sites checking on things. We do work for residential homes and also some smaller commercial spots around the city. People come in with their own ideas, and we try our best to put those ideas down on paper. We don't use any of that corporate talk or make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people honestly what can be done with the space and the budget they have. Kadavanthara is always a busy place, so there is usually something interesting happening right outside our door. We’ve been here for a good while now and we have found a rhythm that works for us. Some projects are finished quickly, while others take many months of careful planning and back-and-forth. We handle the drawings and then help manage the actual building process. It takes a lot of coordination with different workers and suppliers. We don't have a flashy office, we just focus on getting the work done. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes.
