You can find us on the second floor of the Thotakadil Building. We are on Chittoor Road, right across from the Government Higher Secondary School. It’s a pretty easy spot to pick out because of the school kids nearby. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice during breaks. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We’ve been at this address for a while. It’s not a massive maritime center with docks or anything; it’s our office and training space. We have chairs, tables, and the technical stuff we need for our work. It feels like a regular local office. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they do the job. We don’t spend money on fancy rugs or lobby art. Most of the time, we are just busy with the day's tasks. It gets a bit noisy when the school lets out, but that’s just the neighborhood vibe. We like being part of Chittoor Road. There are small shops nearby for snacks or tea. We keep things pretty straightforward here at Cosmopolitian Technology of Maritime. It’s just us doing our work in a normal building in a normal part of town, keeping the place running as best as we can manage every single day.
